Marketing and Promotion Commission Plan for 2001-2004

General Objectives:
1. Assure a well planned and effective promotion of IUTOX vis-a-vis the world public opinion, the industry and the international/governmental institutions.
2. Help increase IUTOX revenues.

Specific Objectives for 2001-2004:
1. Positing and defining specific objectives based on suggestions of the IUTOX Executive Committee regarding the expansion of promotion activities.

2. Develop marketing revenues.

General Tasks:
1. The delineation, of the material for promotion and marketing.
2. Determine what particular industrial, international and/or governmental organizations have not yet been contacted and establish contact with these institutions, after receiving feed-back on the matter also from the IUTOX-EC.
3. Seek and find new marketing sources.

Specific Tasks, Activities and Timeline:
1. Prepare promotion and marketing material within 6 months to include logo, letterhead, IUTOX booth, brochures. This should be coordinated with design of our new website.
2. Specifically defining and delineating the tasks mentioned under the caption
“General Tasks”and to start work on them within 6 months.
Identify groups/agencies to be contacted ( 6 months )

Budget:
1. The costs of printed material will be reported by Konrad Rydzynski
